Magazine Cover

Here is my breakdown of my magazine cover.

   Firstly I used bright colours to attract my audience, during my research I discovered that many magazines aimed at young children have bright colours. Also during this research I discovered that these magazines too have an image of the main characters central of the magazine, I used the identical picture to which I used in  my DVD cover as to ensure  recognition of my products to my Childrens Tv Drama.

   The font I used was DK crayon - this is also the font used on my DVD cover as this is my House Style.

By offering a free gift (Friendship Bracelets) I attract the attention of fans of the show and also those who have not as yet heard of the series who would be interested in this  gift. 

I changed the background from blue (same as the DVD cover) to purple as my target audience for the magazine are predominantly girls therefore this colour is more appealing to them and is more likely to catch their eye. 

The cost of my magazine is £0.70p, I chose this as I took a survey of  20 people of how much people were willing to pay for a magazine . The results are below.
