This Chart shows that 11 people understood what the plot of the show was from the title sequence, this means that 9 people were unsure of what the plot was. Some of the reasons I received for why this was are below.
Person A) No I didn't understand the plot of the show because we aren't told much about each of the characters, and I found it confusing when she kept disappearing.
Person B) I was unsure why she vanished, I thought she was a ghost.
This second chart shows how my title sequence affected my audience and what emotions it made them feel.
8 out of the 20 people I questioned said it made them feel Happy, 3 out of the 20 said it made them feel sad. These are the two emotions I was aiming to capture from my audience as this is how I feel Amy and Katy's story makes you feel, when they're together it makes you happy as they are happy and enjoying themselves but when apart and Amy is alone you (as the audience) are left feeling sad and lonely.
An anomaly became apparent as 6 out of the 20 of my audience said they felt "interested" I believe they mean they felt engaged and wanted to know the next part of the story although interested itself may not be considered an emotion such as anger happiness etc.
Examples of some of the moments of that made them feel these particular emotions were:
Person C) When Amy was left on her own, it makes you feel sad as you can imagine she's very lonely as she's lost her best friend.
Person D) When they are swinging and laughing you feel happy as you can see by there expressions that they're enjoying themselves and you can relate to this.
This chart shows that 12 of the 20 people thought that the soundtrack was in keeping with the theme of the show which says that 8 people believed that it wasn't . The purpose of the soundtrack/ theme tune in my title sequence was to make the audience feel the emotion that the characters portray.

Reasons/ Comments of why
Person E) I didn't think the music was in keeping with the theme because it's too sad and it would be better if it was a more upbeat tune.
Person F) I enjoyed the theme song and thought it went well it goes well with both the happy and sad moments of the programme .
Question 4 asks what things would my audience change and the reasons why. Here are there responses.
Person D) I would change the colour when Amy is alone to black and white or change it so it isn't as bright as this would show more sadness.
Person A) I would make the plot easier to understand by instead of Katy just disappearing she fades slightly so it shows she's invisible but the audience can still see her.
Person F) I would have the names of the actors during the title sequence e.g Amy- Melissa Down.
Evaluation
These results have shown me that in the future I need to establish the plot of my title sequence more clearly as some of those I questioned were unsure. However I do feel that I have served the purpose of my title sequence as many of my audience stated that they were interested in what was going happen next therefore this tells me that I succeeded in my task to keep the attention of my audience.
In the future would maybe try to change the colour when Amy is alone to a dull or a b/w to show that Katy brightens up her world. This will show that she is happy when Katy is around.
